Charms Blue – Student App App Reviews

This app dont even work lol

This app doesnt function and crashes very often with recordings.

I never write app reviews but I had to review this because it is just so awful. This is the worst app I have ever used. Period. It never fails to crash while recording and when it does record successful it crashes while uploading!! I would much rather use the old app or the website than to use this piece of trash.

Now that the old charms no longer works, they are pushing us towards the fancy charms blue!! Aaaaaaaaand it doesnt work. 5 consecutive times, I recorded a song that was over one minute. 3/5 times it couldnt save it, the other two: I couldnt press the **** button. The all new fancy navigation is preventing you from scrolling down. -_- I had all five-star reviews of the old charms, but I just wasted half an hour.

As a band student who uses the calendar feature a lot, the calendar on this app is very primitive. I would really like to be able to see what events I have on my calendar from the main page instead of having to tap on each individual date. Maybe try modeling it after the Calendar app on iOS, that would make it easier!

Despite its fancy outer looks, this app barely works. When you try to submit a recording, 70% of the time it will time out. This leads to frustrating re-recordings numerous times.

It wont let me login and very complicated

Charms recordings have been the bane of my existence ever since I have started doing them. It allows me to record short, easy assignments with no problems, but when I am recording a long assignment, as in 5+ minutes (Im looking at you, Polovtsian Dances) it will claim that the app has an errors saving my recording, resulting in a MAJOR waste of my time. I had hoped that Charms Blue would fix problems from the old charms app, but it has only changed the color of the app. These recording are the main reason I have the app, as assignments given via charms make up most of my grade, so I would like to see some improvement in the recording feature. The rest is alright, but the recording portion is very infuriating. Charms, if you see this please fix the problem ASAP!!!! Sincerely, A frustrated band student
