Charms Blue – Student App App Reviews

Cannot sign in at all. Fields to fill in are not explanatory. What goes where? There are three fields needed to sign in but only two on screen!!!

This is a very simple app that truly is only good for student use. The recorder is easily accessed, but if you are a parent needing to get into the charms account, dont waste your time navigating the app. Not all of the charms information for your students account is available here. You still have to log in through a web browser to access certain information. I will be deleting this from my mobile device.

It is not letting me record and... My music teacher said they got this because the old one had bugs ha what a joke this one has 2times more bugs

When I try to upload my music it dosent go through not just once almost every time FIX THIS

I cant log in on this new app and the old app even though Im using the same stuff for my school,please fix.

The old app was better, it is too complicated to find simple things,3 stars for upgraded recording studio which is the only good thing

Fix the recording error idiots. Getting really annoying now. Just bring back the old app, honestly. This app is complete trash

This new app is as functional as roadkill. Ive been trying for the past two days to upload an assignment, but every time it fails do to recording errors Its annoying and very threatening to my grade. This new app is terrible; the old one was much more navigable and efficient in all aspects.

This version of the app does not work well. 1. It takes forever to load, and frequently shows a blank screen when it loads. 2. There is no list option for the events or volunteer opportunities. If your looking for the date of an event, you have to wait for the calendar to load, click every day in the calendar, wait for each day to load, go back and wait for the calendar to re-load, and repeat until you find what youre looking for. This app is supposed to facilitate communication, volunteering, and information sharing, not hamper it. 3. I cant get to the adult section to check/edit info. It loads, but shows a blank screen. 4. Im sure theres more, but I was so frustrated I just waiting until I could get to a computer to do what I needed to do. This just simply is NOT user friendly. Go back to the old app used last year! It worked much better.

I had loads of recordings saved onto my account and i needed them to get a good grade. However today I attempted to log onto charms and it said it could not find my account. After several more attempts I gave up because I knew I would never get my recordings back. This makes me very sad but I will try to find another way...

It wont let me login and its not even trying to log me in, and nothing will load when it does log me in... Please fix this issue!

Whoever invented this needs to not invent this.
