Charms Blue – Student App App Reviews

This has got to be the worst app I have seen it freezes too much.

Im going to fail band class cause this app wont work. I want the old one back.

I have tried NUMEROUS times to log in EXACTLY how my kids school said and guess what...IT DOESNT WORK!! And my kids are supposed to use this junk app?!?! How if they (or myself)cant get in!!!

Its pretty lit Ive used it for 10 seconds now pretty satisfied

^^^ I know Im using the right class code and password because I can log in on my computer. Schools been in for 3 weeks now, I would really appreciate this getting fixed.

I didnt have the "old app" as I see some reviewers complaining they want back. This seems to work just fine though. Has all of the functionality I had on the website but easier to access. Fits my needs perfectly. So far no issues.

This is pretty great, easy to monitor band practices as well as band camp. Its really good for submitting homework easily to your teachers. Also for those of you whom are familiar with powerschool,id say that this app is very similar. Like student portal for music students.

Its good for the teachers, but can get very difficult and frustrating many times when trying to log in and do a quiz

I got this app so I would have easier access to my music for choir, but every time I try to play it, theres no sound, but I know its not the files, as they play fine from the site or my computer.

Its a fantastic app however the major bummer is that it doesnt let me play Zelda on it!!!

The concept of charms is good; it allows more time in class due to playing tests being played at home instead of at school and even allows students to see feedback and grades. However, the numerous bugs make charms nearly unusable. After finally playing something worth submitting, I pressed the send and voila, error. After that the app crashes and wont let me log in even after killing the app or restarting so now I have to install again. This is becoming more than a mere annoyance and I seriously hope the developers fix these bugs.

The app is a great resource to band directors and their students. However, there are bugs that are needed to be worked out in the app with metronomes outside the app, sending recordings, and the app closing itself. As a first chair flute in CJH Symphonic Band, I find the app slightly compatible with the user. However, it would help if it didnt have as much bugs as it does. (And some new features with built in metronomes to the app would be nice.)

Dear maker of charms, Please, learn how to program in swift or XCode Your C++ skills need major improvement. Things that need fixing - keyboard - theme (you picked the worst shade of blue) - recording studio needs ALOT of work - calendar is buggy - some server connectivity problems - pretty much everything

This app ruined my life and made me hate recording music. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The main goal of the Charms app is to record audio for music assignments, something that the old charms app was "okay" at, but this app simply cant save or submit recordings at all. It bring up errors when I try to save a recording, which is very frustrating after I finish a whole play-though of my assignment.

Please fix this app, Ive been trying to have students record solo auditions and it works sometimes and then doesnt. Not comparable with the iPad, half of the screen is missing and you cant see the upload button after you record. So frustrating!!!!! Especially when we are paying good money for this program!

The app works great for helping students. The only improvements I see are needed. Is to allow the user to make recordings a little easier, and not have to fill the whole practice record too submit it. To Those of you giving bad reviews. LEARN HOW TO USE SOMETHING EFFECTIVELY BEFORE TRYING TO MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS!

I enjoy using the app! I have never run into any major problems just some crashing. But overall and awesome app to use!
